We’ll conduct a complimentary one on one personal assessment of your current nutrition, fitness and commitment level. We’re also interested in learning about your goals and past challenges you may have faced in reaching your goals.
Hour long session includes a 30-minute physical assessment as well as an informal interview to better understand the following key factors:
- Current physical condition
- Exercise habits
- Nutritional and diet behavior
- Health and wellness knowledge
- Range of motion limits
- Immediate and long term goals.
